read most of the comments. instead of posting something negative, i would like to say the services are moderate. i have accounts at boc and commercial. customer care hotline is a mess at sampath bank. As i get most of my work via the card and the app, it has been smooth.
only downside in app is that you got to log into a computer to add new accounts when transferring money

worse customer service also the branches providing very poor service to the customers. Sampath bank employees are doesn’t know how to treat to the customers, they need training specially for the kasbawa branch.

Elevating standards ? Are you kidding me ? Improve your online banking !!! Improve your customer service ! It’s been three days since I made a transaction and the payment has still not gone through due to issues on your end ! Customer service lines don’t work to even inform about the issue ! When you do finally get through to someone , they say the transaction can be reversed but that too not within the day ! Elevate standards ?? Work on your basics first !!!

worst bank I ever used to transaction my money ,went to open a new passbook at kottawa branch counter number one miss samurdhi too rude and unpleasant lady poor customer care handling without explanation,need to get new ATM card and put money but cz of her rudeness thought not to put money even without thinking one second ,wasted my time more than one hour didn’t support me how to reset my vishwa id cz I have forgotten my password and couldn’t recover.im a government servant thought private banks are better but unfortunately it’s not

in kasbawa branch manager never precent in the branch. one of worse branch.

I sent a FD upliftment request via Sampath Vishwa and I got the work done within 10 minutes. This is unmatched experience. I do not think that any bank can match this service level.

I also face this matter 20 times. I applied for an fd loan through the Vishwa app it was not working. i called several times and told them to fix the error. I think this bank is not running perfectly in the future. because their service going to be bad now.
now I am deciding to shift to good another bank soon as possible.

Sampath bank was good few years ago. Now they have gone hopeless.
Poor customer service and slow responses.

worst customer service, They refused to issue passbook for the saving account, saying they don’t have enough papers to print passbooks and asking us to open sampath vishwa (online banking) When there is no other way to track account transactions I finally decided to go for their online banking. It is worse than I thought I’ve never been able to log in to stupid Vishwa at once always had to try several times (more than 4 or 5 times) Super annoying. They even charge Rs. 20 for counter withdrawals :((((
