Today I went to Pelawatta Cool planet at 1:15pm and bought some clothes. when I went to pay, cashier asked if I know someone’s phone number with their card to add points and send the bill. so I gave a call to my nephew and cashier sent a code to him. Then cashier got numbers he sent to my nephew and said he sent the bill to him. Then they gave me an envelop saying it is a gift from Cool planet. After coming home I realised they have added Rs300/= to the bill for the so called “gift”. But there was no gift.
They did the same to the customer in front of me. It is disgusting, ripping off people like this. Shame on you Cool Planet. Will let know every one I know.

before 3 months i was a employee at this company. last month i visited to purchase a shirt sorry to say its very bad customer services from the staffs and the shirt i was purchased that was very low quality. only the thing is the design was new. but the material quality was very low

yesterday on 29th August the security guard and a group of staff of Maharagama branch helped my grandson when he fainted because of the heat outside. I thank them very much for helping. 2 customers also helped and they were doctors. All staff were polite and they helped my grandson. theruwansaranai to all who helped him thank you.

I’m a royal customer of Colombo 07 showroom.But I had the worst experience at Big Sale today (8.03.2024). Initially, give proper training to your staff, like communication and discipline, to improve their self.They don’t know how to communicate with customers. We are not buying anything free of charge. Where we are purchasing in-store or at a big sale, that’s not a matter for them. They need to treat us as customers in any situation. How can they throw the selected products away when we are billing that same product?Will they do the same thing at the showroom? This happened to me today, and I have a staff code too. If it is necessary, I can provide it.

I bought 03 Ferrari T shirts at 1490 each as per price tag. But on invoice the price showed as 1690 which is 200 more per T shirt compared to tag orice.
This is a serious offence as far as the consumer protection act is concerned. Please double check ur invoices. This happened at their newest outlet in Katubedda.
