Founded in 2006, Cool planet has seen rapid progress becoming one of the leading department stores in Sri Lanka. It offers an array of items ranging from clothing, homeware, Toys, Baby care and much more.
I made an online payment of LKR 8430 on 8th of June, and after a few days they informed me that the items were sold out. it’s been a month and i have not got my refund. Very disappointed behavior. I would not recommend anyone to do shopping with cool planet.

I order 42 size shoes online on 28/06/2023 then they send me 41 after one week time. I called them and explain i need size 42 not 41 then said they will take it because they dont have size 42. And they arranged the courier service to take the shoes. And they came and took it. But still they didnt give my money back i called them many times about it but nothing happened still. I dont knw why cool planet has poor customer service. Plz dont buy anything from online very careful. Im gonna take legal action for this bcz im really fed up of calling and all.

He gave me an excellent support
to find my misplaced exchange voucher@ your Maharagama Br recently.

I am a very dissatisfied customer about cool planet on line platform. I placed an order in July and till date haven’t received any products nor they refunded the payment. I have lodged complaints and spoken to customer service manager but till date no one has sorted the ugly matter. Is this how you are retaining your customers?

Very bad customer very bad I odered 3 days before once I called they told product is not available and again they said can’t deliver today but it’s an urgent Oder Mr. Rizwan his service very poor once I told its very urgent he said we can’t do anything. Then I said I’m gonna cancel he saI’d ok for that he is very bad and there service is poor

I bought a pair of ladies shoes and kids (girls) shoes from Cool planet, Nugegoda. Both the pairs were broken just after using 3 to 4 days. I requested for new shoes as we paid high prices for the shoes and never wanted to embarrassed. They denied and got my kids shoes repaired which I received almost after one month. It was done in an untidy hao hazard way. A shoe maker at a pavement would have repaired it better.
They should have sent back the shoes to the local company and asked for a new pair of shoes which was a possible solution. But they didnt even try.
Once we faced the same problem with NOLIMIT but they apologized and gave us a new pair of shoes. People wont pay for shoes to wear for few days and to throw or repair.
I am a regular customer of Cool Planet, but I am so dissapointed about the way they treated us in a difficult situation like this.
Never recommend them specially with regard to shoes.

Based on my experience of visiting the Maharagama branch, this shop has a good range of garments which are reasonably priced in my opinion. However, i am extreamly dissapointed about the very low level of customer care they offered.
A simple question to a shop floor staff about trying to lolocate an item resulted in a very rude reply in every single occasion. Can you please re-train your staff so the shop would be a bit more inviting and could provide pleasant experience for the shopper.

Bad service, selected an item hoping to get a discount for my wife, cashier sends it to another customer instead leaving me stranded at the counter searching for my item. Not flexible and insisted that the birthday discount only be on one bill despite their mistake. Very disappointed.

ඇදුම් ගාණ අඩුයි. හොද Collection එකක් තියෙනව. වත්තල එකේ තිබුන Relaunch එක නම් තිබ්බට වඩා නොතිබ්බ නම් හොදයි. ඒක වෙනුවට හොද ඇදුම් ටිකක් ගාණ අඩුකරල දෙන්න පුළුවන්නම් Customer ලට ඒකයි වටින්නෙ. හැමදාම යන තැනක්.
