I recently had the unfortunate experience of utilizing Domex courier service, and I must say, it was a complete disappointment from start to finish. I initiated a pickup request via their website on April 1st, 2024, but to my dismay, there was no communication or confirmation received until the afternoon of April 2nd, 2024.
Upon reaching out to their customer service via WhatsApp, I was informed that their website was malfunctioning, leading to the lack of response. Despite re-requesting the pickup, nothing was done, and my package remained uncollected.
Promises were made for a pickup on April 4th, 2024, yet once again, there was no follow-through. Even after reaching out on April 5th, 2024, to inquire about the status of my package, there was complete silence from their end.
The sheer lack of professionalism, communication, and failure to fulfill basic service requests make me question the reliability and competency of Domex courier service. I would strongly advise against entrusting them with any important deliveries.

This is the worst courier service in Sri Lanka. I sent a parcel from Diyatalawa to Maduruoya yesterday(Glass Bottles with some food items). All of those bottles were totally damaged & all food items were mixed in the box. I clearly mentioned this on the box. I guess employees of Domex played cricket or football with our parcels. If not, this cannot happen. Very bad service. Never recommend for anyone.
