I placed a pickup order on the 26th, with the assurance that it would be picked up on the same day before 5 PM. However, it was only picked up on the next day, the 27th, after 3:30 PM. This was after multiple frustrating interactions with 3-4 customer care representatives. They assured me it would be delivered by the 28th, but here it is on the 29th, and it’s still not delivered. To make matters worse, the pickup person didn’t provide me with a tracking number. When I called the customer care multiple times today, they were initially unresponsive. It was only on the third attempt, when Kanjana finally picked up, that she provided the tracking number. Despite this, the item has still not been delivered. The customer service team seems indifferent, claiming it’s just hair dye. If it’s just hair dye, do these lazy bugs take a year to deliver it? I sent the hair dye along with an important report. This service is absolutely useless, and it’s the worst I’ve experienced.

shit service.not answering calls.the head office even do not answer calls.once answered and no one is talking and background talking were there scolding t he customer. Tracking is not working. parcel did not delevered.shit service at all

Worst ever courier service ever experienced… please refrain taking their servise, they were not trustworthy, i have placed a collection order on Wednesday with strict instructions to get this deliver to Kandy from the location of pick up in colombo during the next day which i strictly needed the package by Friday.. would you believe it was not even collected from the location by them… i have given more than 8 telephone calls during the period … and still they havent responce…. i have had to face a hugh trouble during friday as the package was not delivered… the call centre agent even refused to give the contact no of the managing body to lodge the complain… this is the worst courier servise in Srilanka.. pls refrain dealing with us…. for sure youll experiance same …. 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Contact person yesterday called me and he went to wrong address.After that he didn’t answer for my calls…Today also I was waiting for the parcel but he didn’t reply..I asked my friend to call them and then they said they are going to close now ,they will send it after 27th. My friend asked from them to pick up parcel from their office….They didn’t check anything just give it to my friend …,,They didn’t even ask my friends name…..Very careless service … After we paid to delivery we have to pick up it from our self🤷🏼♀️ Worst courier service ever

A package needs to get delivered without delays. These guys take ages to pick up the phone and sometimes transfer the calls and never gets connected and even gets cut off half way of the conversation! If u guys can’t handle the parcel loads, then decline after your capacity! You guys makes customers and businesses fall from the roof mentally. Even though i called and said my urgency of the receiving package there was no action taken.. all they say is its delayed because of the festive season. The maradana branch phone number never gets answered! Very unfortunate that i hv to go personally to maradana branch to collect it..

A friend of mine sent a set of official documents from Marawila last Satuday from Marawila to Colombo. Ref No. is PMDO802. Still parcel has not reached its destination. Contact person from Domex is one Ms. Premika. She doesn’t answer the phone and dodging. Don’t know what type of guys these are. I want to make a complaint to police and other authorities to cancel their license.

No one should use Domex. A service with no warranty and no customer service. It has been 10 days since a document was handed over. It has not yet arrived at the relevant location. When you call and ask, they say they will check and give you a call. Even after two days, the call still hasn’t come. Very careless Service
