    Recently McDonald’s closed, I would suggest close this worst fast food KFC chain immediately. because the food they make very very worst taste and not even value for the penny..it’s much much better buy street foods…why this ? the food safety department should check on their quality of food. I recommend no one to go there an eat any branch…. worst worst…

    Compliant about Gampaha Outlet Food and Manager

    Attention of the KFC Management,
    I regret to notify you that today, March 5, 2024, the meal served at the KFC Gampaha location was extremely subpar. They are serving their esteemed patrons non-steamed rice and outdated chicken. When I brought my complaint to the supervisor, Ms. Madushani Jinadasa, she declined to take it. Even though they frequently shop at the Gampaha branch, a second family has voiced the same grievances at the same moment. I have a stomachache and diarrhea after I ate a large biriyani for lunch.
    This is a highly embarrassing scenario for all KFC locations, and Ms. Madushani Jinadasa, the manager, behaved in a way that was just unacceptable when it came to her customer service.

    I regularly purchase food from KFC. I respectfully ask that you take immediate action on this situation and get back to me as soon as you can.

    Kadawatha KFC staff needs to be trained on Customer service. They lack people skills and they will get your order wrong. Not polite or no caring attitudes. I will not go there again. Staff must be re-trained in every way in treating the customer right. Their chicken is even in microscopic portions.

    Sauce packets only for Chicken?????

    Shashini from pelawatta branch was in two minds to give me a sauce packet when I requested after buying a Zinger. Is it true that you only give sauce for chicken and not for buns???? Has KFC gone to that cheap level????? Are we supposed to bring sauce from home when we dine at KFC???????? I expect a reply to this!

    Decline to deliver the order after accepting

    Extremely disappointed of the service of Malabe KFC. They accepted the order and after 45 minutes of waiting the rider calls to ask the direction and refuses to travel beyond their limited area, if they have the policy why take the order in the first. When talk to a person in charge they acted extremely unprofessional and left unresponsive.
