Very unhappy. The rice is not the one in the photo. It was a white rice.

They always take order saying ok.for our request. but they never deliver the requested item. totally unsatisfied

I would like to inform a bad situation occured in pizza hut ambalangoda. I would likely announce that the customer service worst here. We gave in a special order for a birthday party due at 10am and they agreed on giving out the pizzas just by time and we did the full payment of over 15,000 day before and the manager in charge of the branch made sure and told us but when we arrived at the location at 9:55 the relavant they they told us our order isn’t ready due to a break down in there oven and they didn’t inform us earlier and as it was a birthday party for small kids at school so much problems occured due to this careless mistakes of ur amabalangoda branch staff and i hope u take stirct decision on this situation immediately before we use other sources

They have the best pizza in Sri Lanka. Whenever I want to eat pizza I order from pizza hut. Their website is also very user friendly. Anyone can use it conveniently.

If you visit pizza hut they will force you to buy bottle water. No free water.or you have to bring it from home. Once i have ordered pizza by phone and dillivery guy do not have exchange money when bill is inform i mentioned to bring exchange coins.but dillivery guy didn’t look at it.he is asking to collect my money after giving the pizza and he will give the exchange later.crazy people.it was a big oder so i did not give the money i have to find the exchange amount and coins for him.another day i ordered they missed some items, another day they given a pizza after eating that i got diyriya.(loose motion gone in toilet several times).i think it is due to old pizza they were selling.they pizza prices are very pricy comparing to amount of the portion they give.also now we can not have salad as we need.they give us they want.prices are very high even other than pizza items.service fee is getting higher and higher day by day.call center customer support is good.

I’m rating them 90, good pizza, Good place, delivery service is nice. but still have had a few instances where the customer service wasn’t upto the expectations. but hey! no one is perfect and no service will be perfect with imperfect people working.. Very good!

value for money. have had a few family meals at pizzahut and very nice atmosphere and convinient. staff service is also great.
