Recently i had lunch with my friends…and we stayed there for about three hours…and the staff was staring at us as if we had to leave once we finished our meals…it made us really uncomfortable…the outlet even had many tables vacant so no one was bothered by us…the staff should know how to care for their customers…so i don’t recommend kfc…very dissapointed..!

I visit KFC from time to time. Still got the taste of the originals. but for some reason the chicken bucket does not get the flavors now. Prices have skyrocketed, but that’s on the thieves that govern this country. All in all good.

Me and my wife came to spent our dinner in Batticaloa KFC on 22.08.2023. We ordered three items. We both are very disappointed about the food. Chicken bites doesn’t contain a bit of salt. Worst experience. Further I could see some other customers also complaining the same thing to the manager.

The efficiency of the service is very bad in Gampaha outlet. It tooks 45 mins to make my order ready. Once I inquired, it was missed out from their backend.

compare with other online services, KFC very poor communication service. almost dumb service. no SMS no calls no e mails. we have to call hotline and ask about order. but there is no proper system to check order reference. they transfer to outlet. We have to starve for hours and spend on extra calls 2023.03.07 I caled jawatta outlet from 077 8888896 more than on hour my order is still not delivered to next door Colombo 05 KFC srilanka sucks big Time
