My recent encounter with Daraz.lk has been nothing short of disappointing, prompting me to question my loyalty to the platform. Despite being a longstanding customer who has actively supported and advocated for Daraz’s success, my recent experiences have left me profoundly dissatisfied and disillusioned.
The issues I encountered underscore a troubling lack of dedication to customer satisfaction. Despite my expectations of superior customer service and professionalism, Daraz fell short on multiple occasions. From unaddressed inquiries regarding bulk purchases to a frustrating lack of responsiveness when attempting to resolve issues with a product, it became increasingly apparent that Daraz was not prioritizing the needs of its customers.
As someone with extensive experience in collaborating with reputable companies both locally and internationally, I am deeply disappointed by Daraz’s failure to uphold basic standards of professionalism and prioritize customer relationships. The platform’s inability to effectively address grievances and communicate with customers reflects poorly on its commitment to excellence and integrity.
In light of my recent experiences, I can no longer confidently recommend Daraz.lk to others. The platform’s disregard for customer needs, coupled with its inadequate communication and support, leaves much to be desired. As a consumer who once believed in Daraz’s potential, I now find myself hesitant to continue supporting the platform.
Furthermore, my attempt to escalate my concerns directly to the Chief People’s Officer yielded no response, further highlighting Daraz’s lack of accountability and concern for customer feedback. It is clear that there is a pressing need for Sri Lanka to cultivate more competitive e-commerce platforms that prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold high standards of service.
In conclusion, my disappointing experiences with Daraz.lk have led me to reconsider my future patronage of the platform. Until significant improvements are made to address the issues of poor customer service and communication, I cannot in good faith recommend Daraz.lk to others. It is time for Sri Lanka to embrace alternative e-commerce options that prioritize the needs and satisfaction of customers.

Extremely poor service from their customer services team. The lady who answered refused to give her surname when I wanted to note down the name of the person whom I spoke with for follow-up purposes.
My credit card was blocked by Daraz three times in a week, and they wanted 24/48 hrs to fix/respond each time. Nothing wrong with my credit card but the problem is only with Daraz due to their lousy IT systems. They have no sense of customer service and agents are like parrots repeating the same thing.

Good and bad can be given 50%-50%. We have had to face many inconveniences. But there is also a good side. If you want to buy an item, it is best to look at the customer reviews related to that item. There is no use talking about the courier, it is very weak. After getting the goods to the daraz hub, they prepare the goods for delivery without taking any risk.

Useless product and cheap product s i wanted to buy a small tool set I got it very quickly but the screw drivers are horrible I want to remove something only two screws able to remove. I want buy any thing here after from this site.
