Today(25.03.2025), I visited the NOLIMIT branch in Kandy. As a frequent customer, I was disappointed to find that the women’s casual wear section had been moved to the basement. This change made it difficult for me to find what I was looking for.
When I asked a staff member about the palazzo pants section, she responded carelessly and without much interest. Despite my efforts, I couldn’t find the item I wanted. The staff did not provide proper assistance or respond adequately to customer inquiries.
As a result, I chose not to make any purchases.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding an incident that occurred at your store situated in the peradeniya road kandy recently, which involved insulting and unprofessional behavior by your staff towards my brother.
On 28/02/2025, my brother visited your store to purchase a perfume. Unfortunately, instead of receiving the usual level of service that your establishment is known for, he was subjected to harsh and insulting remarks from your staff in the perfume counter. This behavior is completely unacceptable, and we feel deeply disrespected as loyal and regular customers.
Regardless of whether we are regular visitors or not, it is crucial for all staff members to treat every customer with respect and professionalism. The actions of your employee in this instance not only violate basic customer service etiquette but also create an uncomfortable and hostile environment for anyone who walks into your store.
We take this matter very seriously, and expect appropriate measures to be taken to ensure that such behavior does not happen again.

I visited the NoLimit Hyde Park Corner branch today and had an extremely disappointing experience. In the ground floor men’s clothing section, I selected a T-shirt and politely asked one of the staff about its quality and whether it shrinks after washing. Instead of receiving a helpful response, the worker treated my question as a joke and replied in a completely unprofessional and nonsensical manner.
This level of disrespect is unacceptable. Is this how you treat your customers? Due to this behavior, I left the store without purchasing anything. I expected better from your brand and urge you to address this lack of professionalism immediately.

I had ordered online gift voucher to be delivered on a specific day.also messaged the company online classes center via whats app .. agreed to deliver before the days as my brother in law was flying off in the evening of the day..
unfortunately they werelgiven ridiculous excuses, even though promised me that will be delivered on the day I made the complained and failed ..
after the customer left only wanted to deliver the items.
more than 25 yrs with ARAPIMA member spent in lacks for gifts and personal items very disjointed with the poor lservice..
also customer service has been deteriorated.. pathetic ..

The staff , specially in the Kegalle branch are helpful …met a girl called nishanthika- was very attentive.
Overall I have nothing to complain about their service…🙂

At the Nolimit Union Place branch, an unfortunate incident occurred when the store unexpectedly closed while customers were still inside. The manager’s handling of the situation was unprofessional; instead of addressing the inconvenience with understanding, they rudely replied that “the counters are closed” and refused to allow even a five-minute grace period for customers to finish their transactions. If the store was about to close, they should not have allowed customers inside in the first place. This abrupt and dismissive approach left customers feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the overall experience.

I have a complaint. Encountered a very disappointing situation at the Kurunegala store. My money was debited from my card for a transaction worth Rs 3560. But the cashier did not accept saying the machine did not indicate the payment. I immediately called customer service infront of store manager Mohomed Sajath and the cashier manager Saaja. The customer service at my Bank confirmed that there is a debit of 3560 from my bank account. The cashier manager did not accept this. I requested him to call the HNB bank and confirm the transaction. He call a private number one Joshu Samarawickrama merchant agent at HNB who did not have access to the database to confirm the transaction. However I was promised to remit the amount back to my account by Monday without any guarantee or any apology. This conduct is highly dissatisfactory and Nolimit is in debt for the said amount. Highly dissatisfied of all service.
