I mostly shop at no limit stores… it’s convenient, materials are affordable n durable.
The staff , specially in the Kegalle branch are helpful …met a girl called nishanthika- was very attentive.
Overall I have nothing to complain about their service…🙂

At the Nolimit Union Place branch, an unfortunate incident occurred when the store unexpectedly closed while customers were still inside. The manager’s handling of the situation was unprofessional; instead of addressing the inconvenience with understanding, they rudely replied that “the counters are closed” and refused to allow even a five-minute grace period for customers to finish their transactions. If the store was about to close, they should not have allowed customers inside in the first place. This abrupt and dismissive approach left customers feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the overall experience.

I have a complaint. Encountered a very disappointing situation at the Kurunegala store. My money was debited from my card for a transaction worth Rs 3560. But the cashier did not accept saying the machine did not indicate the payment. I immediately called customer service infront of store manager Mohomed Sajath and the cashier manager Saaja. The customer service at my Bank confirmed that there is a debit of 3560 from my bank account. The cashier manager did not accept this. I requested him to call the HNB bank and confirm the transaction. He call a private number one Joshu Samarawickrama merchant agent at HNB who did not have access to the database to confirm the transaction. However I was promised to remit the amount back to my account by Monday without any guarantee or any apology. This conduct is highly dissatisfactory and Nolimit is in debt for the said amount. Highly dissatisfied of all service.
