    Some of the staff members in Kandy Mulgampola branch are very bad. Especially at the exchange counter and fitton room. We did a lot of purchasing. This is why we will not be purchasing again

    We just went with the family to Kandy Nolimit to purchase some things to my wedding.But we did’nt had an idea how to buy the things beacause we just came back after long time to our motherland,one of your staff named Azeem helped us in the best way possible.The way he communicated was wonderful.

    05.04.2023 at around 9pm on the day of Poya, I locked the door of my vehicle while the key was inside the No Limit Panadura Car Park. I was unable to think about anything, and the showroom manager and another employee who worked near the car park came forward and intervened. Called on his own phones and called a outside technician quickly and helped me solve my problem quickly. I was a bit nervous at the time so I couldn’t ask the good names of the two. Anyway, this helpful employees is a great asset to your company, which does very high customer service. I offer my heartfelt condolences to both of them.

    We buy a lot of clothes for my family every 3 to 4 months because we live in overseas and we like the clothing. This happened last week at No limit Glitz in Wellawatte, Colombo 06.

    Even though window shoppers would end up spending at least Rs 10,000, this is before Covid hits the country. However, the majority of the staff now has the attitude that if you want, go and buy it or get lost (they don’t say it, but we can feel it). It is quite unfortunate to have such poor service. I asked a staff member to help me find a white T-shirt, but he never did and simply told me they didn’t have anything other than what was already on display. However, I found what I was looking for on my own. Finally, I complain to a girl who appears to be helpful and who understands my concern and helped me to get the clothes. This feedback is not intended to degrade or create a negative impression, but please do not allow your employees to fall into that type that will never bring value while losing the customers.

    Worst customer service ever experienced

    worst customer service ever experienced in panadura branch. not helpful employees at all. didn’t even bother to give me a bag when I needed. but the quality of the clothes were superb compared to all other nolimit branches

    Poor customer service

    I have visited to Wattala Nolimit outlet on 18th September, 2022. I had a worst experience in my life. I have to mention that Nolimit on of my favourite clothing centre. I have been buying clothes for a long time.

    This time one of your staff did a worst service I ever experienced in my life never did this kind of service any other outlets. I bought some dresses and went to the hair band and clip section where I was looking for some clips, the staff came and stood behind me,firstly I thought he was helping me. Then i realised something was wrong on his behaviour as he thought we stolen something. Though I picked few keytags and makeup brush as he looking and following us till we reach at the cashier point and then I got to know he was not doing his service, he was spying on us. When I was giving my clothes to the billing section this staff was telling to the cashier that I have picked the key tag(if you are doubting a customer would steal tiny things you should have to appoint a person once the customer picked the small stuff itself, staff has to collect it and hand over to the cashier) later I have complained about this, one of the senior staff, she was saying that he is a trainee, he doesn’t know but might be helping us, is this way of helping a customer without even talking to the customer?. It was not that I expected from the customer service.

    As a store, I hope you would have proper security system in your outlet, so don’t need to afraid of things, to be stolen or not. I know the difference between the best customer service and worst customer service.
