I’m Shashi of hotbuy.lk Organization. In the past, you were notified of delivery issues via email to an organization. *There was someone in Badulla looking for our parcel, he didn’t find anyone about it. So I found someone from the Kaduwela branch. It was very easy for our company. But that person doesn’t even look into it. So we don’t get an update on the parcel. Also, some of our parcels were delayed by 10 days and many customers refused the parcels. So we suffered a huge loss. We have informed Mr.pramuka, Mr.Shalith, Mr.chanuka in this regard, but none of them acted to solve the problem. In the end, they blocked even our numbers. There are a few more parcels to distribute. Mr.pramuka, Mr.Shalitha asked us to withdraw our account. So i request you to look into this matter.

One of the most worst currier service in Sri Lanka, unable to contact with their officers also,they keeping non working numbers and deatails in social Messi’s, so they can troll costumers like their need,they are usually hiring high rate of currier charge rather than others,totally worst at all, nothing to say goodness about them

Never use this service because it took four days to send a parcel from Galle to Homagama. When they made a phone call and inquired, they told many baseless lies, and finally the person who delivered the parcel said that he was on vacation.. an organization that does not care about the customer at all.
