The staff at the Nugegoda branch is very disable friendly, especially Mr. Praveen and Ms Madara. As a screen reader user, I had some technical issues with their digital products. Mr. Kushan of the IT division was very empathetic regarding my challenges using these products and he’s doing everything to rectify the issues.

Today I’m at homagama branch to cancel accounts and move to another bank. for that also I need to wait more thank 4 hours. 1 counter operating

Just to exchange usd200 to Rs they took nearly one hour. This is Kirulapona branch

The time is 12:30PM as at now. I’m still waiting from 11:15 in the morning. Only one counter operating with somany customers ahead of me. I have to wait another hour or two from now. This is the efficiency at Sampath Bank colombo 8.

Sampath bank is the worst bank in sri lanka where you can do transactions. They don’t know how to treat their accounr holders. They take people to jobs and open bank accounts very cunningly and always cuts the money from their accounts. I hope that nobody will ever do transactions with sampath bank because of their very poor customer care. After opening accounts they say it’s not an account which belongs to their bank. They always force customers to withdraw money. Nobody can play with anyone’s money like that… only Sampath Bank in Sri Lanka does it. Colombo 6- kirulapone branch is extremely bad. No wonder the staff doesn’t stay with you’ll.

Their service is very poor when compared to other banks and customer care is below average. Credit card policies are laughable and worst among any private bank in Sri Lanka. I won’t recommend to anyone.
