Its great that kapruka has extended its delivery services to any corner of Sri Lanka. However, they don’t deliver in their van and the cake that I ordered was carried by a guy in the bus. The top icing was melted and was a mess when the recipient received the cake. So, not recommended for cakes to far away places.

I have mentioned a small note with my delivery parcel but the person did not receive it. Dissatisfied with the service !!!

Order number : VBRN3AF33829 – This has been by far the worst experience relating to customer service. I paid approximately Rs. 10,000 for a birthday cake to be delivered however on the day of delivery they’ve failed to deliver it within a reasonable time. I last checked for an update at 5pm on the date of delivery and they kept saying that the cake is out for delivery. They later stopped replying to my messages and calls when I checked to ask for an update. Honestly I’m very frustrated about having to check with them multiple times after paying such a hefty price and still they failed to deliver it by atleast 5pm!! How is this reasonable? It is the end of the day and the cake still hasn’t been delivered! It is safe to say that I will never be using KAPRUKA again.

I ordered a product from Kapruka Global Shop. After paying the price as per their calculation I got a call stating that the category I chose was incorrect and I had to pay an additional amount for the correct category. I innocently paid the amount they asked for and after a few weeks I received the product which came long after their promissed delivery date. I experienced the same ” wrong category” and need more money issue whgen I ordered another time and last week once more. I cancelled the order knowing that it was a scam. Dont get caught to this scam from Kapruka.
