A terrible service. Kapruka representatives appear to do things the way they want, and not as per the customer requests or orders. Then when you try to contact them to let them know, they make up a lame excuses or blatantly lie. The first time I ordered flowers to be delivered to the family home, for a death in the family, they decide to deliver this to the funeral parlor against my advice. The next time I ordered a birthday cake, which should have had a message on the cake, that didn’t happen, and another excuse there. The 3rd time, I ordered some flowers to be delivered in a white vase, they reached out via WhatsApp to say they only had a black vase, and I asked that they refund my order and I’ll order something else, but then they said they will deliver with a white vase… the recipient sent me a picture of the flowers, and it was in a black vase. I reached out to complain, and they come up with an excuse and then lie saying they didn’t have a white vase! Would not recommend this company AT ALL!

I ordrered a batterry for my laptop from Kapruka Global and after making payment I got a call the next day stating that I had selected the wrong category and the correct category cost more money which I promptly paid. This happend to me again last month when I ordered a medial related ” Belt” and the caller said it was the wrong category and asked for Rs 7,000/ more. The product was $ 44 and I was charged RS more than 20,000 which included greight plus their profit which I had no issue with. But when they asked for another 7,000/ I knew they were up to shady practice. I cancelled the order. Please do not get caught to this dodgy company. We all know how the owner was caught ripping off innocent consumers during covid.

Honestly this has disappointed couple times. People in their website say it’s good but it’s not, it’s absolute lies. Cheaper to send money to Sri Lanka so the person recovering the present can buy for themselves. One time I bought pizza and they didn’t put the right order through, with pineapple and my grandmother was allergic to pineapple. They did nothing about this matter even after calls. They said they’d call us back but didn’t,
Another time a birthday cake was sent way too late instead of the asked time which would’ve been ok but it was hours and hours late. The surprised was ruined as a result. Honestly absolutely disappointed given the high price we have to pay.

Horrible , pathetic , worst service ever received.
placed an order on 13t Sep to be delivered on 14th sep for a bday to a Galle address.requested to deliver on morning hours ,even at 1530hrs delivery was not done and going to a wrong address to deliver it.
They were not at all helpful to rectify the error and got it delivered on next day after bday that is also with a great diffulty at around 1400hrs.
will not recomond kapruka for anybody for the horrible way of handling customer orders.
They have no way of a service recovery or an aplogy other than just the word sorry.

I ordered a cake for my friend today. However, my friend got a very ugly cake. They had sent a very different photo than the one on the website.

Never rely on this service. I ordered a Cake for Moms Brithday and it was not deilivered on time and no refunds possible. Worst Customer Service and dont do business with Kapruks. My order number was VBRNBDDDA970.

Do not use Kapruka for delivery bod flowers if you are ordering from overseas. The flowers I ordered didn’t look anything like in the picture. Flowers were withered and the petals were all fallen in the box that the arrangement was in. Absolute dissatisfaction and they has the audacity to tell me that they can’t resend better looking bouquet as the flowers were for my mum for her birthday. Absolute disgrace

Never shop again. Charged $16 delivery for a$32 product in Sri Lanka. Should have mentioned delivery charges with the product price. As a gift liked by my friend I couldn’t cancel the order.same product cheaper in other online sites. Disappointed.never again.

We received a old broken cheese cake and vegetables and fruits sent thro KAPRUKA The cheese cake old and Kudu helanawa.. I am sorry to inform you that 99 % of fruits & vegetables are stale and rotten. I have a made a complaint to Kapruka
Further to above I regret to inform you that there is so much speculation about the reputation of Kapruka and their abilities and activities but many overseas Sri Lankan residents do not know about supply of fresh products of Kapruka.com
Stay far away from Kapruka and go to other competitors
