    Worst experience at Sampath Bank Head Office – Credit Card Centre / 7th Floor (today 23rd October). It is like entering prison or military head quarters. I had a genuine case that I needed to speak with an Authorised officer.
    First registering at Ground floor. Again registering with 7th Floor security person. And again details obtained inside office lounge.
    I explained my issue & mentioned to the girl that I need to speak to an Authorised officer. After 10 minutes another lady came & again wanted to know the issue. This is all on corridor sides & I told her need to speak to an officer, as I personally want to share some details. She (Ms. Ganguli) went inside & came after 10 minutes with a message. I simply asked her why I am unable to speak to any responsible officer ?? She was reluctant to answer & giving vague excuses.

    Being a Platinum Card holder this is really shocking customer service & these officers have no regard to customers and act as they are Gods. No manners or courtesy when a customer visits their doorstep. They fail to understand why we visit them in person & this kind of attitude is disastrous to any company.

    I am honestly feel humiliated & embarrassed. Whatever excuses or explanation they come up now will be useless !!!! Damage is already done.

    too many bad experiences with this bank over and over. first they freeze my account. then they did virtual unfreeze with zero control. then they ask me to request them to transfer money from that account to my current account. then they charged me standing order fee for my own account transfer. they are treating customers like idiots.
    not recommend to anyone to do business with this bank.

    Worst service,Specially from the assistant manager those people who are working there dont know what they are doing even few of they dont know how to help someone to fill their applications.today i went to the bank to transfer money to canada to my college they wasted my time, and when i asked to print the TT application they said i have to print it my self, many things to say actuallly dont know the process.

    really disappointed with the today incident. my friend deposited money to my account using CDM and its not updated to account yet. they saying it will take day to update. so who is responsible for that money. it is fraud .. really disappointed.

    Appreciation

    Mr. Pathum and Mr. Eranga also Ms. Manendri in Nattandiya sampath bank branch were super helpful for me. I was struggling to get my Sampath Vishwa app sorted and despite of the long and lengthy work they did their best and help me to get it sorted. Mr. Pathum was exceptionally professional and friendly. This type of staff is the reason why an organization would rise and shine

    Request to cancel of online money transfer

    I am trying to cancel my accidental transfer. But your customer service members are very rude and provide very bad service.

    This is not your money, it’s mine. So I have a right to worry about my money. Keep that in mind. Don’t inconvenience to customers.

    A simple note keeping for Accounts on the system is needed!

    I have noted that even though I get my alert on Sampath App that the USD has been received on the 25th of each month (my work with youtube), they could send a reminder asking for slip. instead what they do is a phone call in the middle of everything. As a Bank I think each officer must see a note or something on their system as to what kind of account they are referring to.

    Put our money into the bank, stand in queue to get it, only one counter open and a huge queue Manger is waiting like he sees nothing. Security thinks he is manager. Changing banks ASAP.
