    ශ්‍රී ලංකාව යනු තවමත් සිංහල පමණක් භාවිතා කරන මිනිසුන් කොට්ටාසයක්ද වෙසෙන රටක්.හැමෝගෙම උගත්කම් එක හා සමාන නෑ.ඒ නිසා ඉංග්‍රිසී දැනුම අවම පාරිභෝගිකයන්ටද සෘජුව ඔබේ උපකාරය ලබා දෙන්න කාරුණික වන්න.Hotline සඳහා අමතන්නේ හදිස්සි අවස්ථාවක් සඳහා මිස ඔබේ සැපදුක විමසීමට නොවේ.එබැවින් පාරිභෝගිකයන්ට සමානව සලකන්න.very disappointed.

    Shottiest bank ever

    I have been trying to make a payment through my corporate current account since morning and have been failed up to now. When i call them, they said there is an error and they didn’t know how long they would take to fix it. It has affected my business a lot as that payment had to go today. Shittiest bank ever

    Today, I called sampath bank multiple times for a requirement, but each time I was put on hold and eventually disconnected. This isn’t the first time this has happened; I’ve experienced similar issues before. Their customer service is incredibly disappointing. I’m truly dissatisfied with their service

    Bad Customer Service by Horana Branch

    Bad client service . Came to horana branch for obtain Bank statement. but arrived time was 2.15PM. DDepartured time was 3.45PM. Excellent service
