fake promotions. faking the customer and selling their products. The promotions are not entered in the bill. Stealing customers money.

To buy quality products I purchased a My Choice packet of green gram.
Disappointingly, it had more stones than green gram.
Shame on Foodcity to market under rated products with the label “My Choice” to customers who pay more to get quality.

They are stealing Chicken parts from behind the counter when you the whole chicken and want it to be cut into pieces!! I went and complained today to the manager of staples street and they don’t have cameras where they cut the fish or the meat but identified the staff by the roster.
But I told them that, in the future they need to show after cutting to the customer and also weigh it again before they pack it and label it with the price.
I also mentioned that, I would like to bring it up with Ranjit Page who is our family friends for a long time.
People need to be aware next time when they go to Food City!!

Unprofessional Staff, No professionalism at all, They all have this do not care attitude. Overall cleanness is very bad for majority of stores
