Attacking and assaulting a shoplifter
What would trigger such irrational and rash behaviour?
My second question would be – Can any of the attackers honestly confirm that they have not pilfered even the smallest thing from the shop?
Several answers whirl through my mind as I try to understand this humiliating incident.
Executive Management most definitely has to be held accountable for this defamatory conduct. They have a lot to learn from the rest of the world before they can take on responsible positions. Once educated this has to be passed on to their subordinates who earn a fraction of their salaries. The Do’s and Do Nots have to be clear; It is evident that the staff were triggered off by something to make them act in the manner they did.
I could go into several methods that could have been implemented to prevent this from becoming a global scandal but will not take on the position of an unpaid consultant.

It beggars belief that people still go shopping at any Cargills food city supermarket; as soon as you walk in ANY BRANCH you’re hit with a stench of rotten fish/meat/produce. Then there are the employees, again at any given branch, they are grumpy and behave like they’re doing you a favor. The management must be terrible itself to have such low standards.

Cargills is probably one of the worst local grocery stores to exist. All employees are extremely lethargic, so rude and always in a bad mood. Service is extremely terrible. Absolutely disgusted by this place. Your employees are ruining your name and your brand. Definitely going to stop shopping with you all and going to stop all my family and friends as well. Please learn some basic business fundamentals and employ decent workers. Not uneducated slaves.

The service given by the new Manager and the team at the new Cargills Outlet, closer to Walauwa Junction, Homagana was so good.
They are so freindly. They do a perfect online delivery these days.
