As a customer for nearly a decade, the sudden disconnection of my phone number without any prior notice was both shocking and inconvenient. What compounded my frustration was the outdated identification process that relied solely on signatures from my school days, over ten years ago, despite providing my identity card as requested. This antiquated approach raises serious questions about Mobitel’s commitment to modern customer service standards. The lack of flexibility and refusal to adopt more convenient verification methods have left me contemplating the future of my association with Mobitel. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and has significantly undermined my confidence in their services.

Very poor customer service. I took a call to customer service for inquire regarding my router problem today and the agent of customer service talk with me in a aggressive manner. She even not asked my problem properly. I dont know why they are maintaining this kind of customer service.

Even dogs should not use any wireless internet connection from SLT or SLT/Mobitel whatever they call themselves now. Slowest speeds in the country and deliberately optimized for the speedtest.net tests to say their connection is very fast. What bullshit are they putting on us? Shame on you.

NEVER purchase a router from slt mobitel, they took one week to active my router and only one week left for me to use a whole package, they charged me 14000 for that month and didn’t adjust it for five months. Therefore, I disconnected it. HORANA SLT BRANCH sucks. Their assistant manager gave me her number and asked me to call her to resolve the problem, for five months no feedback was received.
