    Worst service ever

    worst sim ever . worst customer service .from yesterday I’m trying to reach your customer care service but nobody help me and solve my problem. what a worst customer service. i recharged 650 rupees and you guys debited it from my account but I didn’t get any recharged just my money wasted. dialog customer care service is better than yours . worst one ever you guys are making us tension .

    Internet speed is very slow and very poor customer service. It is a company that is not able to provide any solution even if a complaint is sent. All work is done only for their benefit and cannot provide proper service to customers. Even if you pay for the services, you are not able to provide a good stable connection. A useless company. The maximum download speed of 4G+ is 400KB/s. Talking about upload speed is useless. When watching an online video, it loads about 10 out of 10 seconds. Not in a rural area but in an area close to major cities. Another begging company in Sri Lanka.

    Is this the so called "We care always?"

    In Mobitel we can’t even recharge the amount we want, they’ve lots of plans for each amount and when we recharge an amount(in my case 180) such a package will be automatically activated. It’s not like we customers by heart all their package details. Okay, let’s forget this. But following that when I contacted their customer service and requested to deactivate the auto-activated package the call center agent told me as the auto-activated package expires after 7 days, they’ll refund me after 7 days, ONLY if I hadn’t used the package for those 7 days. The agent told me not to turn on data for 7 days! Really??? What do they take us for?

    I clearly said that was not possible, I can’t possibly refrain from turning on data for 7 days(I’m an IT professional), then the agent told me then there was nothing they can do and will not refund. Is this the so called “We care always?”

    but the internet speed is very low and less signal strength.

    Worse data coverage in Katunayaka. Cannot atleast send a whatsapp message despite being in such a densely populated area. Hope this case gets solved, else gonna switch to another service provider !!
