Dialog hotlines very delay and it sometimes takes nearly 45 minutes. There also have high rates in internet and television. In my experience it is a very painful and if you willing to buy dialog services think twice

I had balance over 349/- and tried to activate 349/- package ( offer received from my dialog App) when I triying to active error message coming the balance is not sufficient, I contacted customer agent via 1777 one person told it take 20 minutes to activate after recharge. But not already took more than 1 hour yet I cannot activate, again I got a call another customer agent saying reload another 1 or 2 rupee. Shittiest network providers, dont know how to deal with customer complaints other than looting money from innocent people. Wants me to pay for a service that I dont even use. Frustrated please dont, please dont purchase any sim from Dialog we all should boycott Dialog.
