Commencing operations in 1993, Mobitel was one of the foremost mobile service providers in Sri Lanka, beginning operations using first generation cellular technology. Currently Mobitel has a customer base of over 5 million Active connections.
I asked for an e-Sim when I was in abroad. They said they can arrange it within few days. After almost a week I arrived in SL. I called them and asked about the delay of providing it. They said oh sorry about the delay miss, since you are in SL now you have to visit our outlet to process the e-Sim, the email request is only for the people in abroad. What a joke! It’s their delay that they couldn’t provide it when I was in abroad and now they are asking for me to follow another process just because of their delay. I told them in the email that it’s not fair, after a week I got a response asking to visit them, supporting their process and guess what I am in abroad again now when they write back. What a shitty service. Not gonna recommend this to anyone!

i got a call customer care service from abroad, but they didn’t care my problem and they give me wrong details. the call agent name RANDIKA, bad customer roaming service

Dont get 4G or ADSL ( Megaline ) No use , No way to play games, Videos on 360p. Honestly absolute trash. The wifi router overheats . I dont recommend SLT Mobitel whats so ever, go Buy Dialog or something else but not SLT.
