    Call center service

    I’ve called the hotline several times and received no response. This is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of customer service. Please fix your support system and start taking customer concerns seriously.

    Most useless bank in Sri Lanka

    National Savings Bank is the most unsuccessful bank in Sri Lanka. Nearly three weeks I’m struggling to make a urgent online fund transfer. I contacted several times online banking center, card center and the branch manager. I wrote few emails too. Unfortunately up to now they failed to assist my fund transfer. The NSB and the staff are not professional and cooperative. Highly recommending to remove your accounts in this bank and not to make any deals with National Savings Bank.

    i send lot of maill but no reply. i call call center the disnt know but 2 weeks i will try but very disappointed. they disnt have sms service

    Bad bank how many days gone maintenance of the App

    Bad bank. not care about costumers problem. we face crisis because of the maintenance of the app.we can’t withdraw our own money also. all the ATM AND CRMS are doesn’t work. I think the management like a joke 😂 even kindergarten kids also can fixed the system properly within few days but they couldn’t fixed the system yet how many days? more than 10 days. unfortunately we are account holders. so sad

    Complaint Regarding Customer Service Assistance from Mr. Shan

    Dear Customer Service Manager,

    I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by Mr. Shan ( customer service 94112379379 ) during my recent interaction with him. Today, I contacted Mr. Shan to address an issue my brother was facing with a cash withdrawal. However, instead of assisting me in a professional manner, Mr. Shan displayed a shocking level of rudeness and incompetence.

    During our conversation, Mr. Shan’s behavior was unacceptably dismissive and condescending. He made me feel as though I was inconveniencing him by seeking assistance, and he even insinuated that I was attempting to solicit money from him. His lack of empathy and unwillingness to help left me feeling frustrated and disrespected.

    I urge you to provide Mr. Shan with the necessary training on how to properly handle customer inquiries and provide support. It is essential that all customer service representatives exhibit professionalism, courtesy, and a willingness to assist customers in resolving their issues.

    I trust that you will take appropriate action to address this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention to this complaint.

    Atrocious Customer Service- Ganemulla NSB

    My mother and I are both account holders at NSB bank and I’m currently residing in Canada and I send money to my mothers NSB account for her expenses time to time. My mother holds the account primarily at Gampaha branch but permanently resides at Ganemulla for more than 35 years. Recently she went to Ganemulla branch to withdraw her pension from her account but officers at Ganemulla branch refused her withdrawal saying they can’t let her withdraw money with her pension ID, as a former NSB Officer I know that we can authorize a withdrawal with the pension ID , she is a senior citizen and her pension comes to that Account, Officers at Ganemulla branch treated my mother very badly a 74 year old pension officer who servered the government over 35 years, She and my father are both not in their good health and they had to go to Gampaha branch to withdraw just Rs 20000 , I just want to make a formal complaint regarding this unfair treatment to an elderly pension woman not only cause she is my mother but their customer service as a whole is terrible and so disappointing.
