I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Mobitel. I recently needed to transfer my eSIM to a new device and was shocked to find out that, despite this being a digital service, I was required to visit a physical branch to complete the process. This is incredibly inconvenient and goes against the very purpose of using an eSIM.
What makes it worse is that I have previously activated my eSIM without any such hassle. It feels like Mobitel is moving backward rather than embracing the digital solutions that customers expect in today’s world.
Instead of providing a simple online solution, I’m now forced to waste time visiting a branch for something that could have easily been handled remotely. This kind of service does not meet the standards expected from a leading telecom provider.
Mobitel needs to seriously reconsider how they handle eSIM requests and offer solutions that respect customers’ time and convenience.
