No technical knowledges nor proper law ful knowledge is given to the working staff.

Worst online banking experience I’ve ever had. The system itself is a bunch of crap, and it’s really difficult to find anything in there. Even the simplest actions like fund transfer is difficult to find and the UIs are cluttered with nonsense. The user experience is terrible and really gets on your nerves when trying to do anything with the portal. On top of it, if you forget the debit card pin and wants to reset it, there’s no option to do that unless you have the current pin! there’s no possibility to verify the customer and reset it. If you face an issue like this, you have to cancel the card and apply for a new one!!!??? This happened to me and it was really frustrating. I’m going to withdraw all my money and close this goddamn account for good. Really tired of this!

Peoples Bank balangoda branch… The staff service is 0%.. Terrible security staffs too.. Please donot deal with this bank.. You will lost your self respect as you stole the staffs personal property 😂.

Wellampitiya peoples bank staff stole jewelry. Terrible staff response. Gave the officer Jewelery for pawning and retuning with missing items. Lodged a police entry. Funny thing is all the Camara are working except the counter where customer dealing. Very Un professional service. Please don’t use the bank. You will get scammed.

My money in the account is used for a some transaction by an unknown person and I don’t know how did they get details of the card and when I report it the bank there is no any proper response.Pls avoid this bank not safe to use

bank account number එකක් cancel කරොත් ඒ number එකත් cancel වෙනවද?. නැත්නම් ඒ එක වෙන කෙනෙක්ගේ account එකකට open වෙනවද?
