The worst customer service i have ever had from a telecommunication company. They did not cancel a service which was requested 2yrs ago but instead they kept charging without my knowledge and even when their recovery agents followed up, i made the same request for cancellation but no one did what they were supposed to be doing but instead kept charging me. And now when i made a dispute, they are trying to pin the issue on me trying to come up with excuses and trying to make me accept a mistake. Thanks to this shitty company i lost an very important number which impacted alot for my personal business communications as this number was used for online orders in my business plus it was linked with all my backkup recovery OTP password retrievals. Never expected such a service from a company lie Dialog

Dialog is the shittiest fucking service provider/ wifi/ customer service ever.
Useless company. Useless wifi. The worst fucking useless wifi speed is ultra low = 0.12mbps Useless company worst shitting fucking company. I hate dialog. stealing customers money and energy they spent for the money instant data cutt offs the worst big deal in sri lanka = dialog.

TV resolution is the worst. Most horrible and worst customer care ever. We have to listen to their stupid recording for like more than five minutes to get a customer care agent. The internet speed is terrible when I buy a 100mbps plan when I check it with a internet speed tester its 20mbps and when in a dialog plan youtube resolution is like 280.low signal strength. low internet speed. The worst ever costumer service. They quickly cutoff data fakely. If we complain them they will block us from some services and hurt customers and ruin customers time, money and energy. They are big cunning liers. I hate dialog. I hate the internate speed and all of others.

4g is so useless. Highly disappointed. I thought the worst part of coming to Sri Lanka is the government but now I understand its the government including dialog. Customer service is nil. Highly disappointed.
