    Most horrible and worst customer care ever.We have to listen to their stupid recording for like more than five minutes to get a customer care agent. 😡😠🤬

    Dialog TV customer experiences

    I’m a dialog user. their services are very bad. They cant talk with customers. we need to pay for the phone bills to contact them than our tv or wifi bill.

    very unsatisfying service. Customer care is also bad. every time I informed a complaint about something, told thair had a system issue.
    But if we delayed paying the bill. then they contact us and asked when the pay bills. so where is customer care voice mails? that moment they don’t have system issues.

    Every time I call the dialog they talk shitty things again and again. they didn’t care what the complaint is. what the bloody hell are they talking about. “we are all ways”.

    2GB වත් use කරපු නැති දවසක 18GB data කපලා තියනව. complain කලත් තාම හරි පිලිතුරක් නෑ . ඒක නිවැරදි කලේ නැත්තම් ඒක dialog එකේ වංචාවක්
