    Buy a sim today at kandy kcc by counter no 3 @ about 12.30am.girl was there and she telling girl in next desk “sim ekkak ganna awith” and laughed (pal ekata wage).very disquality people in dialog like” linda langa sangame.”.other girl not responded.only the girl involve in my task behave very ugly.

    Customer care and hotline delay

    Dialog hotlines very delay and it sometimes takes nearly 45 minutes. There also have high rates in internet and television. In my experience it is a very painful and if you willing to buy dialog services think twice

    World worst customer service

    I just only need to find my WiFi account number. my Mobile broken. this boogers are the worst fucking service providers in the whole world. if you can’t provide good service why still provide your products.

    Ever Worst and Cheating Company in Sri Lanka

    I had balance over 349/- and tried to activate 349/- package ( offer received from my dialog App) when I triying to active error message coming the balance is not sufficient, I contacted customer agent via 1777 one person told it take 20 minutes to activate after recharge. But not already took more than 1 hour yet I cannot activate, again I got a call another customer agent saying reload another 1 or 2 rupee. I have coming to know this guys a doing bagger not a professional business. I would like to suggest go and sit BUS STAND to collect coins 🪙. Dialog is SCAM 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

    dialog is a joke, they offer 2.5gb for Rs74/- time based package, they also have mentioned on their website ‘A time based data plan is a plan best suited for heavy downloaders’

    Shittiest network providers, dont know how to deal with customer complaints other than looting money from innocent people. Wants me to pay for a service that I dont even use. Frustrated please dont, please dont purchase any sim from Dialog we all should boycott Dialog.
