    Worst Wifi Ever

    Worst WIFI in Sri lanka, aint no number #1 ISP. This is the worst , worse than every ISP. I don’t recommended this sh!t what’s so ever. Never buy SLT its trash buy something else like Dialog

    This is the worst service provider ever. I have been trying to report a problem with my SLT Fibre Optics Bill and I wanted to disconnect my connection. I never used the internet for a month (2023 December Bill) and MySLT App shows “LOW-PAY BILL”. After that, they said “Pay the bill & return the Modem (Router) and cables.” and they will disconnect the connection.
    My Bill showed LKR 17,589 But last month I had never used my internet connection. And I paid LKR 15,000 for the Router and cables.
    Why Should I pay a Bill for unused internet?

    This is the worst-ever service provider. I have been trying to report a fault in my wifi connection for days. There is no response. The only thing they do in a timely manner is sending us the bill.

    Poor slt service

    slt is a company that provides the weakest service. I took the peotv line and used it properly for a month. Always signal lost. When I complain, they say that there are no spare parts. The bill was 890 when bought, but the amount to be paid is 2000. Shit company.

    I would never get another land line again , to cancel the land line you have to go in person and give letters and process , is kind of make you not to disconnect as with online you cannot do it you cannot do it in their other outlets as well, paying money you can do anywhere so it’s obvious they could do the service in any outlet but, selfish motives

    Worst ever customer care

    Worst ever telephone operators who never know how to talk to the customer. Inconsistent replies and making false promises. Billing is troublesome and unclear. Never recommend this shit as a telecommunication partner.

    just greedy. these guys have the worst customer service of any network provider, they simply refuse to help the customer and tell us to either change the SIM or fix my phone. even though I am telling them the exact issue. also they chokehold the internet like their mothers are being done to everyday, they throttle the internet for most services and unthrottle it for Ookla speed test. They keep lying to their customers face forcing us to get a Fibre connection.

    Fibre - failing

    Upgraded to Fibre since I need fast internet for my studies to complete the degree. Turns out that Siri lankan telelcom is sabotaging your connection every 10 hours! in the middle of meetings, con calls with students i get this. so much for the leading platform!
