ALERT 🚨 SLT is scamming data. I purchased their daily 10GB package (FLASH 10). I made a few calls, watched a 1-hour YouTube video at 360p, and had 3 hours of Zoom usage. However, all of my data has mysteriously disappeared. How is that even possible? It’s supposed to be 10GB, which means 300GB per month. Additionally, when I tried to get a detailed bill, they charged me around 48 rupees, but after making the payment, an error message appeared. I am absolutely certain that they are scamming the 10GB data. I have noticed this discrepancy over the years.

Don’t ever subscribe to this youth addon. if you ever need to unsubscribe data will be deduted from your base bundle. also if your base data bundle is over you cannot use this addon, you will have to buy extra gb in order to use the addon. come on SLT just don’t be like that.

I paid for 5G fiber connection
It is so slow to be very honest I’m reverting back to Dialog which was better but still problematic during overcast conditions

SLT Fiber is the worst internet service in srilanka . Data is vanishing unexpectedly. Speed is terrible. Not recommend for anyone.

SLT customer care is not help to our problem and very disappointed. I call 5 time to SLT customer care services for a small problem but they did not fix that problem.

so I’ve had slt fiber since September. provided router has a WiFi range of 20 foot. really bad obviously, no signal apart from in kitchen.
I phoned to change data package as paying 25000lkr for data allowance mainly after 00.00 and not appropriate. Told from 1st following month would be provided anytime data. came and went, no change. phoned again, told no record of my request told Change wanted only in store. I complained. Two weeks went by, nothing further. Called up again to change package. Told from 1st of next month. Feel I’m being lied to.
so 25000lkr for a bad signal with limited usable data that slt refuse to change.

Hi!! I’m really disappointed about this SLT internet….. It’s very very bad customer service I doesn’t know about the other branches but kandy regional office is very bad, this is the kandy regional office contact number 0812222231….. They doesn’t know how to talk with ladies very disrespectfully they talked….. More than this SLT dialog routers are very good… These slt people are idiots jerk those people… I gave a complaint to the head office Colombo those idiots also didn’t respond…. I’m asking this to these slt stupid people if u all can’t fulfill customers satisfaction then why you people running like this a company, just close it and sit at home I’m saying this to all including the owner too….

This is the worst Internet connection in SL.I have bought a adsl connection few months back.My requirement was 10mbps.They were promissed me to the requirement.But after installed it was 3.5mbps.What a joke this.I complained lot of times about this.I mailed to lot of Senior members in Sri Lanka Telecom.I can put names here.But I don’t do that.Because chepers are never change their attitudes.
But still I’m not receive any permenent solution.Even I’m not receive any call regarding this.Don’t use this useless service anymore.How we can develop our country with these type of Government officers. They are playing with the people’s jobs.Cheapers…..
Anuradhapura is the one of worst ever branches in SL. I don’t know who appointed this cheap persons for the responsible positions.
