    Srilanka's worst telecommunication service

    Although they have a good coverage, the customer service is very poor and any issue a customer faces will never be resolved (this was my friends comments too).
    Recently got a 4g broadband router with prepaid package and there are no places even to reload i need to go to the mobile service centre to do it, even the online facility to do it is not available in this modern era, what an ineffectual service provider.

    About SLT Mobitel Unlimited package

    worst Internet connection ever.Can’t even take a call or watch a video on social media. Mobitel 4g = 2g. Very disgusting service

    I am using mobitel almost my entire life,not because its goodies,but their coverage is bit more good than the others,that’s it..

    and Mobitel just giving like 5-6 spam calls per a day.I have no idea why these companies has no ethics or respect for their customers.

    hope this will see by administration of their and admit they just not doing their job

    Fake packages

    When im purchasing time based packages then coverage will down suddenly i can’t understand why this happening and my friend sim also doing this tricky work this is not good me and my friend s decided to change our network
