    Do not use this courier service. They will not deliver your parcel, nor answer your calls. No one answers the hotline or any of the branch numbers. I had to go to the head office to collect my parcel. There were customers there waiting to collect their parcels after 2 months of waiting for delivery. Absolutely useless. I have no idea how they are still in business.

    Not recommended at all

    Very bad communication of delivery drivers

    Driver has called one time and i missed the call. later i redialed the number and the drvier started to blame me. Aslo he said you will get the parcel after 3 days. one of the worst courier service i have experienced.

    Delivery delay / miscommunication/lack of details

    My encounter with Pronto Lanka courier service was highly unsatisfactory. The delayed delivery, coupled with a lack of information and poor customer service, created a challenging experience. The overall service exhibited a level of incompetence and disregard for customers that is concerning. I would advise avoiding this service unless you’re prepared for unnecessary stress and disappointment.
