    very unprofessional service , disgusting Negombo Branch

    Some documents were couriered from Batticoloa on Monday to Seeduwa and was told it will be derived on Wednesday morning. This morning I called and for some luck the phone was answered which happens once in a blue moon, and was told it will be delivered today. At 3.00 pm. these documents were still not delivered. I tried to call the Negombo branch more than 12 times . I was put on hold for 5, 6 minutes on each call and no one ever picked up the phone. As these documents has to be in my hands today, I could not take a chance but hired a Three wheeler from Lion city to your office and went there. Your staff was happily talking to each other and when I asked why the phone is not answered, I was told ” its not working” which obviously was a lie.
    This is the 2nd time This happened as even the last time we used your services it was not delivered the day it should have been but was done the next morning. If you r phone never works, why are you cheating the customers by providing a number that is out of order. Why cant you have a mobile number to provide a better service? We pay the cost you wanted to deliver these documents. customers never ask for discounts. Then it is your responsibility to see if is not delivered on time., there must be a way for the customer to contact your office. Do not cheat customers by publishing a number which does not work. Even the loast time it was the same and I had to go there personally to check what was going on.
    Having such impolite, unprofessional staff will only bring a reputation like this from the customers.
    This is a serious matter and need to know what action was taken for this complaint. The customer does not have to pay you your charges and then incurr additional expenses to go to your offices to find out what is happening .

    Never recommand to anyone. I request to a “pick & deliver” service. They kept me waiting for two days and I went for another service

    1. ලංකාවේ තියෙන සවුත්තුම කුරියර් සර්විස් එක තමයි ප්‍රොන්ටෝ.ලංකාවේ අනිත් කුරියර් සර්විස් වලට සාපේක්‍ෂව ඩිලිවරි හරිම පරක්කුයි, ගාස්තුවත් හරිම වැඩියි. ඒ මදිවට මේකේ ඩිලිවරි කරන සක්කිලියෝ, කස්ටමර්ලට කතා කරන්නේ සත්තුන්ට වගේ. මේ වගේ තුට්ටු දෙකේ ආයතන නිසි නියාමනයකට ලක්විය යුතුයි.

    Very bad service I have send a package to Canada and some items were missing. When I complained their staff not responding. I have lost more than Rs. 45,000/=, Don’t use this one for your overseas transactions. One person name Salitha who is a manager there not answering phone or emails. His number 0707186010. I never so such bad service.

    Delay of delivery

    very very bad service/always delayed. my document has hand over them three days back and still i couldn’t find that. they two times called me and asked home address, but no one deliver the parcel.

  5. PRONTO, The worst courier service in Sri Lanka 😡😡😡 Their riders don’t know how to talk to the customer. Really disappointed with their aggressive behaviour.

    Very Bad Service. March 28 වෙනිදා සිට හෙට එවනවා හෙට එවනවා කිව්වට තාම මගේ පාර්සල් එක එව්වේ නෑ. ඊයෙ කිව්වා transport lorry එක කැඩිලා නිසා බැරි උනෙ අද උදෙට අනිවාර්යෙන් එවනවා කියලා. දැන් phone එකත් ආන්සර් නෑ. දරුවාගේ පාසල් උපකරණ order එකක පාර්සල් එකක් නිසා කිසිම වැඩක් කරගන්න විදියක් නැතිව ඉන්නේ. POOR SERVICE.

  8. Am writing for this since I got so bad service experience with this dummy service. I supposed to send a surprise gift for my fience from 3 days it is moving here and there. Still it was not received. After hearing this wired service one who was surprised was me. Eventhough i call them to deliver still in their dummy office. They ruined my mood and everything. Never use this service.. Never ever!!””
