    It's the first and only time I've booked a trip with PickMe

    It’s the first and only time I’ve booked a trip with PickMe. Prices must be clearly defined! The trip was offered to me at 4334, at the destination I suddenly had to pay 5988 in addition to the 500 rupee toll. That’s not possible, PickMe has no added value except for PickMe.

    Never time

    we order van from Mirissa to Hikkaduwa. Somebody call us, one hour before pick up time, that our trip was cancelled. This app is good only for check price. Delete it and never more use it.

    Unprofessional cand Crappy Driver from Pick Me

    The entire experience of a smooth booking process done via PickMe call centre (1331) to book a taxi to go to Airport on the night of the 27th September was ruined due to a shirty unprofessional unreliable moron of a driver who decided to cancel the booking and decide to go offline leaving me stranded.

    The flight was scheduled to depart at 1205 midnight and the requirement to be at the Airport is 3 hours prior due to various checks and procedures which needs to be followed.

    This moron of a driver who was supposed to be at my location at 8pm, calls me at 0745pm and tells me he is on his way, and suddenly at 0815pm decides to cancel the booking and go offline leaving me stranded with only less than an hour left to report to the Airport.

    The call centre was good enough to try to arrange for another driver, but due to the unreliable nature of the previous driver, I had to decline the offer and find my own arrangement to go to the airport.

    Pick Me, please refrain from recruiting such pathetic, unreliable, unprofessional, unethical drivers who put us passengers in difficult situations, and also tarnish any reputation you have left in the market.

    Negative experience from taxi driver

    Vehicle number AAQ 8434 taxi driver suboda he is a very cheating man. He over charged for my trip, he is careless person and he try to cheating me. Due to such people, the customers are inconvenienced

  6. They bar me off the app and then continue to charge me for the pickme pass service for 4 months until I had to change bank details.

    The first couple of months they swore it would not happen again and would refund until it happened yet again.
    After continuous calls a Mannikam Aghilan starts communicating only to completely dismiss my complaints while I’ve sent all proof of the charges. Worst customer care ever with absolutely zero accountability!

      Pickme was in contact just a few days after letting me know that they will process the full refund and they actually did as CAA had looked into the matter and requested a full report.

      Shocking and amazed!

    I recently had a fantastic experience using Pick Me and their upfront fare payment method. The transparency they provide in their pricing is truly commendable. Before even starting my ride, I was able to see the fare estimate, which gave me a clear understanding of what I would be charged. It was refreshing to have such transparency, as it allowed me to plan my budget accordingly.

    F**k pickme

    Very lost to drivers (1st km only 150) 1 KM Rs.33 so 10 KM Rs 330 after pickme charge reduced we will get Rs270 fuel and oil cost to 10KM Rs 250 and our profit is only Rs 20/- for 10 KM πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„ what the f**k

    Negative experiences with pickme drivers

    I had 2 negative pickme rides recently. One driver charged me cash when I was charged from my card as well. He even asked me to review him and while doing it I didn’t notice I was charged.

    Secondly today, the rider dinesh yr1609 overcharged me by charging Me even before I got into the took. My estimated ride was only 1.36 km but he has charged me for 4.85 km. He didn’t even end the trip as soon as he dropped me. These people are so petty. Really disappointed
