PickMe’ is a Taxi Hailing Service made by a sri lankan team of entrepreneurs and offers three-wheels to cars vans and many solutions for transportation of people and goods.

    Disgusting service provider!!!

    Disgusting App !!! Just like how the beautiful country is run !!! Need more competition to make these basteds have a fair app !!
    I have never see such a shitty app that is for the crooked tak tak drives then for to help the customer !!! There needs to have competitor to clean up there act !!!
    Some of the things pick me can improve on !!
    When booking don’t allow the tak tak driver to have a choice of cancelling the booking onece its booked .
    Let the app choose the driver nearest to the booking . And if the driver cancel the booking more then two time’s per each day . They can’t use pick me for that day !!
    If more then two complaints per day they are blocked for that day .

    We boekten al 3 keer ,waarvan 2 keer afgebeld op laatste minuut.ook meer betaald dan aangegeven.amateuristische knoeiboel geleid door onbekwame die zoveel mogelijk ritten proberen te verzamelen en dan deel afzeggen.

    Scam

    Scam. The price you get from the app is so low compared to the real price. The driver took a longer route and a 3 hours trip turned in to 4 hours and 20 min.
    The price 5000 more than stated.
    Do never go with Them.

    Worst ever -pick me food

    They are the worst.i placed an order through debit card and then there was a duplicate order through cash.the card payment was processed.Called the customer service and clearly informed to cancel the cash order.insted they had cancelled the card order .punt got reversed .I again called them and asked them as to why they had cancelled the card order instead of the cash order duplicated. They apologized and told me that to pay through card and obtain points and once the driver arrives to change the payment method to points.i informed the driver when he was at the merchant’s location.later when he arrived he said he could not change and asked to pay cash.nk one was at the house to pay cash and I had to arrange cash through neighbour.

    Good service ruined by dirty tricky drivers

    have had the drivers asking to cancel the trip n pay them direct. cheap ass people try to jump the system for a few extra bucks. prices are down with recent changes.

    Very pricy compareing to normal meter taxi.and suppprt muslim terrarisum

    Very pricy, some drivers cancel after getting the call, all the money getting from taxi rides after spending to company and riders millions of money given to build muslim terrorist mind set. making muslim terrorist schools.yes this is muslim company.remember every penny give to this company that will help increase terrorist muslim schools in sri lanka.you can use uber insted for now.but uber is forign so our money goes abroad.so i searched lot of taxi services that is sri lankan have good service or not. Can not find at the moment.i am reviewing this on 2020-9-12

    good but high fare

    compared the rates with uber, most of the time the rates are higher. but the app provides a lot of functionality, and the avilability of rides in out stations is a major advantage. i suggest them to offer low rates or discounts for daily and loyal customers.
