I recently Inquired an came to knowledge that I have been charged a monthly premium of LKR 60 for a service under the name of Tele Life Basic 1.Upon a telephone inquiry with customer care agent Reshani on 08/03/2025 around 11.30am I was made aware that this is an Insurance scheme for which i have been paying since 25/11/2018 which is quite unsettling on my end as I have neither in my good conscience has agreed to any Insurance scheme with the SLT nor have had any documental evidence /contract to prove this bogus monthly premium which I have been paying for so long.
Moreover her skills and attitude toward the customer was lacking and unprofessional couldn’t give solutions and kicked out of the call.
And had a conversation today, March 18, 2025, with Chamika from the Billing department, she stated that she would get back via email with the required attachments. However, the owner has still not received anything, despite her assurance that she would respond. Making a black mark because of Poor service provided by unprofessional staff

has anyone noticed that the anytime bundle usage is far in excess of the entertainment bundle. I used netflix the whole day but report shows only 0.3GB usage whereas I am supposed to have used up 3.8GB of anytime bundle.
is this a scam

1212 does not reply to emails. I asked how to change WiFi password as my anytime bundle usage report showed sites I normally do not visit.
NO response at all
the sltfibre Internet connection is very poor at night interrupting netflix viewing. when I reported this I was told my data was used up. Duh I was watching a movie when I made that report.
