    1. The SLT telecom nowadays has the most inefficient employee team. The same issue happens often and they do not attend for a solution permanently in time. But this stupid service provider send the invoice without any delay like they provided service in the whole month. Sick of complaining to this disgusting company.

    Sri Lanka telecome service

    Bad customer service,not picking up for 30mins and line got disconnected automatically.again tried 4times.wasted time and money both.finally one lady answered and she purposely disconnected the line. i need to downgrade my package there is no online option for that.Why you guys cannot give a online option for this kind of small thing.What are the people seating on big seats doing on these small things.The worst experience ever.

    හොඳ නරක දෙකම තියෙනවා

    අනිත් අයත් එක්ක බලනකොට හොඳ speed එකක් තියෙනවා ඒත් ගෙවන ගානට අනුව දෙන Data අඩුයි කියලා හිතෙනවා.

    Review එකක් හොදේ

    හොදයි… මේක ඉතින් බනිනවා කියල හිතන්න එපා… දැන් telecom එකට බැනලම එපා වෙලා තියෙන්නෙ.. කටයි අතයි රිදෙනවා… අපි සල්ලි ගෙවන්නත් ලෑස්තිනම් ඇයි අපිට මේ වෙනකන් සාධාරණ විදියට internet දෙන්න බැරි…. මාසෙකට ලැබෙන data quota එක තරම් මේ ලෝකෙ ඉන්න කිසිම කෙනෙක් පින් කරල නෑ…. මොකද එච්චර ඉක්මනටම රහත් වෙනවා…. බනිනවා නෙවෙයි… කලකිරිලා ඉන්නේ…. ලංකාවෙ ප්‍රධානතම අන්තර්ජාල සම්පාදකයෙක් විදියට මීට වඩා දෙයක් බලාපොරොත්තු වෙනවා…. අනිත් පරයා dialog… ඌව වෙනම අල්ලගන්නම්… ඒනිසා පුලුවන්නම් ආයෙ දාද්දි මේ review දාන option එක disable කරන්න… නැත්නම් බැනුම් අහල පුරුදු වෙලා හොද අහන්න ගද්දි නුපුරුදු වෙන්න පුලුවන්….

    Treating differently

    4G and wireless connections are worthless. But fiber connections is much better in reliability. The funny thing is customer service is also different to both. Hope continuous and non discriminative service.

    Theres no words about packages value for the money is worse

    Very bad solution when it’s for Fiber I’m waiting more than 5days now to getting fix this issue. No progress update. No Phone service, No peo Tv service, no internet. Living like stone age.
