They provide tyre to Tyre warranty. One of my car tyre got Air Bublé in 48000km. I called to customer care and they gave new tyre.

I bought 4 ferentino tyres and I have ran so far 28000km. Now one tyre has a wire damage ( Kambi Kedila) and due to this, car is swaying. I complained to customer care last Wednesday and send photos but still no response. Because of this damaged tyre, I took a huge risk. Overall wear and tear is also very fast and all 4 tyres are significantly worn even at this millage. It looks like all 4 tires will have to be changed within 5000 kms. I have never had this experience with other brands such as Brighton, Pirelli, Kumho. I used all of them more than 50000Km. I’m really disappointed with the quality of your tyres and I cannot recommend it to anyone. I will give a review in the Toyota Aqua FB group as well.

very good Experience with the tire brand so far. Completed almost 15k with the 145/80 r12 tires. have driven on paved, unpaved and highways. Cannot say much about the customer service as I have not yet come across any defects.
