Dialog is one of the worst telecommunication companies in the world and in Sri lanka.
I have personally used the best and the most expensive packages dialog has to offer.
From 4G WIFI to most expensive Dialog Fiber (personal and business connections.)
I must say the service and the quality is utter disappointing.
Do not recommend to anyone to use dialog.

i bought dialog tv connections last yesr (2023) August. only one month it’s worked but now almost 08 months but no connections. how many times we complained but useless. we visit dialog arcades / content call center,but no response. finally i feel this is a very worst service provider in the world. not recommending for anyone to buy a service from dialog

So not happy about the services., I use the pay master app. There are so many bugs in it.. it’s wasting money so much. Going I change my dialog sim and use another service

Fake promotions. Can’t get a solution for customer issues neither from the whatsapp number nor the call center agents. Don’t steal money from inoccent people.

I don’t know where to start i have requested and LAN network system for all almost an week. They were calling and massage me about the network till i made the payment.
Once the payment was done no call or no reply to any of my emails and massage. Plus poorly managed costumer services.Kegalle DIALOG is the worst.Dialog customer service is very bad.🤬😡🤮🤮🤮😡🤬
