*I had a credit card also I am having a savings account for years. Once I schedule a payment, some how it didnot go threw. I have to talk to the bank to get my money back. I recievd my money but not the transaction fee anout Rs. 100. It happend to me couple of times eventhough I spoke to the bank they never refund the fee. It was only Rs. 100 for me if they do this to 1000 customers or so howmy will they get ? Is this legal?
*My second experience was .. My credit cad was paid in full and I did not get a statement for couple of months, all of a sudden I get a late pament Rs. 3000+ statement. They have charge me for the credit card renal fee and for a month Rs.900 for a month. This is so whirred not sending my e statement for months and then sending a ststement with a late payment . Banks need to be staitforward to the cent. I am very dissapointed and not recommending BOC for the same reason.

One of poopoorest Admiinistration and completely ignorant customer service with no responsibleity on what they do.i was trapped in the bank where they wanted to varyfy my signature .it was varified promptly by pannala Boc which does not have e sservices however after everything borella branch asistant manager was adamant that it would have been aerror..
