Hutch Sri Lanka is owned by Hutchison Asia Telecom Group & started it’s operations in Sri Lanka in 2004. Hutch launched it’s 3G network in 2012 and since has covered all 25 districts with affordable & advanced 3G. Providing Mobile, Internet services hutch has a large user base across sri lanka.
Worst customer service ever. Doesn’t even reply after some time. Just a waste of money. Don’t ever buy this connection. And now don’t even try to contact me now. I have been trying to fix the issue for three weeks. Now the sim is in the Dustin. Don’t mislead people saying you have unlimited internet and all. The internet connection doesn’t even work. Shame on you!

There internet coverage is very low. I sent my problem through the watsapp before three days still no answer.The worst service is there.

Whatspp customer care officers always lie. Packages expire before tge expiry date without prior notice everytime. I complained so many times. But I experience the same way every month.. highly dissapointed

අවුරුදු දෙකක් තිස්සේ Hutch Sim එක Use කරන්නේ. ඒ කාලෙම ඉදන් Hutch Cliq App Rs.1290 Monthly package එක Active කරනවා. ඉස්සර ඉදන් Signal Issue එකක් තිබ්බා. ඒක එච්චර ගණන් ගත්තේ නෑ. එහෙත් මේ 2022 මුල වගේ ඉදන් කොයිවෙලෙත් 2g අහුවෙන්නෙ. මොන මගුලක්වත් කරන්න බෑ. සමහර වෙලාවට කෝල් එකක් ගන්න බෑ Signal කණු හදේ. ඒත් සමහර වෙලාවට 4G. පස් පාරකට වැඩියේ Customer Care කෝල් කරලා කිව්වා මෙන්න මෙහෙම ප්‍රශ්නයක් කියල.ඒත් විසදුමක් දුන්නෑ. තව කියන්න දේවල් ගොඩයි. කියවන උබලටත් කම්මැලි හිතේවි. මට ටයිප් කරන්නත් කම්මැලි. එකක් කියන්නම් ගන්න නම් එපා මේ ජරා Hutch Sim.

Mobile data for unlimiyed youtube almost never works on weekends. Week days also not bery satisfactory. Very poor signal quality
