How Long does DHL take to Deliver to Sri Lanka?
DHL can deliver your package within 3 – 4 days from the pickup date, If you choose the Air service and depending on the Customs Clearance
my bank sent my documents via DHL . DHL sent the Documents to other state and still not delivered to certain location even one week passed . When i called them i got answer with no response. Very bad . Even BOC should change their courier partner

I sent a document on a Tuesday from UK to Sri Lanka. They guaranteed it will be delivered before end of Thursday. It was delivered to Sri Lanka but DHL sent a message that they took an attempt but no one was there. We were at home waiting for that. When we call they said we are closed now will deliver on Friday. If you want come to Vauxhall Street and collect it.
Is this is the standards of DHL service?

DHL are THE WORST in Sri Lanka.
We waited over 3 hours to clear our parcel that was supposed to be delivered to our door. Why the fuck are we even paying these fools to do a job they are clearly incapable of doing??!!! One simple thing takes them over an hour to do. And why on earth do we have to pay so much to clear a package of used goods?? ABSOLUTE WASTE of money and time I have never ever experienced this level of shit service. Do your self a favour and send it another other way. You will save time and money.best thing to do is Close the Sri Lanka branch in Katunayaka!
