Experience the worse ever in Odel at Kiribathgoda. Visited to change my T shirt which received as a gift. so bill not available but price tag was there. they completely refused to change it. very frustrated. one a brand now has become zero. also the sales staff member who serves me first is known how to deal with customers. the so called manager doesn’t even know what to do.
