A parcel I submitted to the Kandy Domex, around 1:00 PM on August 28, 2024, for delivery to Padavi Sripura. The parcel was received by the Vavuniya branch on August 29, 2024, and I was informed that it would be delivered the same day. However, it has not been delivered yet. I was told again that it would be delivered 31-08-2024, but I still have not received it.
This repeated delay is unacceptable. dont play with our time and money

Once I tried to deliver a package around kandy and they told me they would come to my home and pick it up. I cancelled all my plans and waited for them to come. And gave several calls. They continually said they are coming, but they never came. Neither did they give me a call to tell me about any issue. I was utterly disappointed and all my work were messed up. I contacted a different courier service and they completed the delivery in no time and perfectly. I will never use Domex as my courier service ever again.

Domex is the worst courier service in SL. I had to call Colombo H/O and ask them where Digana delivery point is but the funny thing is that stupid buggers of Digana delivery point never answered my calls.Finally I found the Digana point and when confronted about my calls they simply say “you have called twice no sir” where as I called more than 10 times .Change your name to “Do mess කැරි service “.😡😡

I posted a 📦 on 15/06/2024.Till 27th It was not delivered from Nugegoda to Kesbewa.Tried to contact the customer care. No answer from Domex Boralesgamuwa. Contacted the head office and Put the same Complain 5 times in the same day to get a response. Parcel is not delivered yet.

The service in Anuradhapura hub is horrible. The supervisor Kushan and office staff is unprofessional.
Pkg picked up on 14th june under 702795179 not delivered todate. Kushan never get back or reply with delivery status.Staff is very rude to callers.
The worst hub of Domex.
