    Worst Customer Care

    Worst delivery service at Batticaloa branch. The person behaves rudely and he asked us to come and pick the parcel at the place he was. He didn’t give value to the parcel.

    Never trust Domex… When you want to send a parcel plz select another courier service or Sri Lankan Post. Really bad customer service. They Never deliver the parcel on time… Specially domex Deniyaya they don’t Deliver parcel on time. they kept 4days my parcel on their branch.and also we can’t track the tracking number that they gave. Disappointed. Waste our money and time also…

    Ja Ela Branch-Very Bad Customer Service

    විශේෂයෙන්ම කියන්න හේතුව තමයි,ජා ඇළ(Ja-Ela)Branch එක.පුදුම ජරා විදියට Customer Service එක දෙන්නෙ.අඩුමගානෙ Package එක ගියාම customer ටවත් කෝල් එකක්වත් දෙන්නෙ නෑ.ඒ මිනිස්සු දන්නෙත් නෑ.හවස්වරුවක ගිහින් දීලා බොරුවට Customer නෑ කියලා ආයෙම Return කරලා ඒකටත් Charge කරනො.03/02/2025 අපි දාපු Valentine Gift එක අද වෙනතුරු ගිහින් නෑ.පළවෙනි පාර කෝල් කරාම තියෙන්නෙ ඩිලිවර් එකේ කියලා උදේ කිව්වා.ආයෙම ගිෆ්ට් එක ගිහින් නොතිබ්බ නිසා හවස කතා කරාම ඒක තාම Branch එකේ කිව්වා.කෝල් එකක්වත් දීලා නෑ.පුදුම ජරා විදියට වගේම නොසැලකිළිමත් විදියට හැසිරෙන Branch එකක්.මේ පළවෙනි පාර නෙමෙයි.කීප වතාවක්ම මේ දේ කරා..අපට අදාළ වෙලා තියෙන Branch එකේ හොඳ කමට තාම අපි ඩිලිවර් කරනො මිසක් මුන් නිසා මේක එපා වෙලා තියෙන්නෙ.

    Poor customer service

    Very poor customer service. Never responded for the pickup request for 4 days and when queried Borelasgamuwa says it’s the duty of head office and to call tomorrow. Not bothered about the customers

    Worst customer service

    The worst service ever!!! I handed over two items to Mirigama branch for two of my customers.These people have changed the delivery addresses of the items and when I reached out to them about their mistake, I received no response. After two days they told that our buyers have to pay again,even though the fault was entirely on their end,it took over two weeks to correct it after calling them more than 10times and that only happened because my customer had to go in person to sort things out. Absolutely unacceptable service. I do not recommend DOMEX at all.
