I had a very disappointing experience at the Sriyani Dress Point Matale branch. I purchased a UV protection umbrella on 6th September 2025, paying a higher price expecting good quality. However, the umbrella has very poor quality. When I visited the branch for assistance, the assistant manager’s behavior was rude and unprofessional. As a loyal customer for over 10 years, I’m truly disappointed. I hope the management looks into this matter and improves both product quality and customer service.
