I recently visited the Sriyani Dress point located at 579, Peradeniya Road Kandy. I was served by the lady named Kavi in the gent’s clothing area. She is a well mannered, courtiers, sales person. She was extremely helpful in finding the items I needed to be taken back to Canada. She even helped me finding cloths from other departments. Her customer service was so good I went back the following day to buy more cloths, and managed to find Kavi to help me again.
I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who needs expert advise and selection tips to have a memorable shopping experience.
I may not meet Kavi again as I do not live in Sri Lanka but I will always remember her customer service bundled with good manners for a long time. I wish her all the very best for a bright future. Overall experience at this outlet was great. The quality of service, quality of products and pricing were very resalable.
I will also recommend to all my friends living in Kandy and visiting Kandy to go and meet Kavi and get her help.

I have been to Negombo & Kandy Shops. They got a very wide range when it comes to clothing. There’s always things you like or that suits your liking. Negombo being my home town, I enjoy the shop being there. Kandy Shop I have been twice and could say offers value for money.
