My claim was rejected because of a personal revenge by my branch manager, I was said that my claim was approved earlier & approved for the repair but in the end this person rejected by misusing his position. Never ever recommend HNB Assurance to anyone.

i have the worst experience with hnb vehicle insurance division. dont get caught to them, they try to palm you off with a payment on the spot when there is more damage to the vehicle. i got estimate and they approved part (only up to the on the spot amount they originally offered) and when i complained they come up with various excuses, best part is they dont send a assessor to check the damage instead they want you to whats app the estimate and pics, long story short, they dont do proper documentation and reason they dont give you your full claim. this i realise after event, so please be carefully, they dont pay they will delay, they will come up with various excuses, finally it will be a take it or leave it situation and when you realise you dont have anything written communication to late take it up, that their system and how they get away without paying claims. its bad experience, never i have come a cross an insurance company like this, now more than two weeks not settled even the approved estimate amounts, so be carefully and spread the word.

This insurance company has people who constantly bother you until you get a life policy and with retirement plan. But when you asked amounts that you invested without any intrest or any charges they occur, they will never,give your money. Such a fradulent company.
