    It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I am going to cancel my insurance. Don’t go for this guys, there are other good supportive companies.

    Fake marketing stratergies use to scamming elderly people

    The celinco life marcketing team use fake information to attract clients and use fake marketing strategies. Finally without any benefits client struggles with shame of scamming. As market as one of best SL inshurance company I did not recommend anyone to sigh policies with them

    Very Bad and Disgusting Service

    Ceylinco seems and pretend to be one of the best Insurance service in Sri Lanka, but it is really not.
    In my case my vehicle had an accident 2 Dec 2021 and they did not do the documentation on time to the AMW service center and at last AMW released the vehicle on December 2022. At that time Ceylinco did not show any interest to inspect the vehicle to check if everything is fixed properly and the Insurance claimed parts are really installed in the Vehicle. After taking the car from AMW I checked the car in AMW in Kandy without telling the story, they told that your sensors and some other parts are not installed correctly and there are some missing parts and told me to immediately fix it. When I reached Ceylinco Head office Ms. Pawani she said she figure out with Ratmalana branch and let me know. After that she was only giving reasons but did not fix the issue. After that we did not drive the car for 2 months as it was risky. So later we decided to take the car to a different service center to fix it, at that time due to malfunction of the steering the car met with another accident on March 2023.
    So the 2nd claim is also pending with few fake reasons from Ratmalana branch. Until now I did not get the rental reimbursement for my claim on 2021 as well as for the recent claim in 2023.
    Worse part is they are not providing any detail original documentation to customer to the claimed parts and the revised payments to the service center.
    Today also tried to contact the relevant person in insurance to check about the parts and releasing the cheque again got a very bad excuse saying that we are working on it. it’s been three months now they are keep working on it. I am not sure this time to whether I am going to get my vehicle in 2024.
    I hope at least seeing this complaint any true staff from Ceylinco will take this into serious and urgent consideration and get me a solution.

    1. Dear Team,

      With regards to the motor bike accident on 17th January 2022 in between 16:30 to 17:00 HRS following number WP BIX5982 claim has not yet been received and insurance agent also not giving proper feedback since it took almost 2 months.

      W.A.D. Mangalika who has insured this bike under her name and another Diomo Batta lorry also have insurance under your company as well.

      As we have trust with Ceylinco insurance we always go with your insurance company. But this time we were really disappointed on this matter as we did not get any positive feedback from the insured branch or agent.

      This is for your more attention on this matter and if you are unable to provide us valuable service we will plan to withdraw our all insurance from your company.

      Hope you can understand about this disappointment and your immediate action would be highly appreciated!.
